Little Giant Ultra Lite Fiberglass Ladder
Little Giant Ultra Lite Ladders feature the same Little Giant quality in a fiberglass ladder. They are available in three different sizes: Model 13, Model 17, and Model 22, each with a different maximum extension height. Made of patented fiberglass resin, Ultra Lite ladders are both stronger and lighter than traditional fiberglass ladders. The nonconductive fiberglass resin side rails of the Little Giant Fiberglass Type 1A ladder make it perfect for use by electrical contractors. Its solid hinge design makes the Little Giant Fiberglass Type 1A the strongest and most technically advanced fiberglass ladder on the market today. This ladder is stress rated for industrial use with a 300 lb. government rating. As with other Type 1A Little Giant ladders, it can be configured into 32 working positions: 4 stepladders, 7 extension ladders, 2 individual stepladders, scaffolding supports in 4 height positions, and a ladder for use against the wall in 3 height positions and in stairwells in 12 height positions. It can be used safely on stairs, ramps, curbs, docks or other uneven surfaces. These configurations are possible because the Little Giant Ladder System features: - Lock tabs which allow the front and back inner sections of the ladder to slide up and down in the outer base section. These inner sections can be pulled out to create two independent stepladders.
- Palm buttons which close the unit for storage and open it for a stepladder design.
- Patented triple-locking hinges which make the Little Giant Ladder sturdier in the extended position.
