Customers' feedback on the Grout Grabber - Dustless grout removal system

I have used the Grout Grabber and overall I am very satisfied with it. Once you get it started, the chance that it will "jump" out and scratch the tile is very small.

It was much, much faster then using a Dremmel.

Your tool made grout removal soooo much easier than doing it by hand. I had other tools that I used, one of which was simply a triangle-shaped piece of steel. Testing that hand tool showed that it damaged tiles. However, damaged tiles were not a problem with the Grout Grabber, even at higher speeds with the reciprocating saw.

About the only thing I can see to improve upon would be to develop a mini version of the reciprocating saw so that the user can work around shower heads, faucets, and corners.

I have used your "Grout Grabber," and it works great. I removed grout from 400+ square feet of tile in our family room. The first run the grabber cut through like warm butter; after two 24-foot runs across my room, I had to change blades. Several blades were needed to complete the job, so it was a little costly but well worth it. Compared to alternate methods (I tried scraping, routing, drilling, and almost blasting), the grabber is the most cost-effective method for do-it-yourselfers.
