Clean Surface thoroughly. Remove all flaking or chalky paint. Seal surface with stain killer primer sealer. xxxxxx

Allow primer to dry thoroughly. Paint on Off White base coat. This is your first color. Use a semi-gloss or eggshell coating.

Allow base coat to dry thoroughly. Apply a Blue Sapphire glaze coat. This is your second color. Apply glaze sparingly.

While the glaze is still wet, drag Honey Comb Pad over surface, removing glaze to create effect (Click here for more information on Negative Application Method.) For best results use "buddy system": One person applies glaze while "buddy" creates effect behind. For additional colors and depth, repeat steps 3 and 4.
Remember: Effects vary. Do a test area.
