The Solo 109-L Straight Shaft String Trimmer features a two-component accelerator, rigid shaft with 5 bearings, spiral-toothed angular gearbox, and a magnesium flange and crankcase. Its 29cc 2-cycle 1.2 HP engine gives this power tool sufficient reserves for any kind of work with nylon head blade. Minus the shield and cutter, the unit weighs 13.9 pounds and carries a two-year warranty.
