Description

The Solo 129-HS Long Reach Motorized Hedge Trimmer is powered by a 29cc 2-cycle 1.36-HP engine with electronic ignition. Its 21-inch blade with 30-inch shaft for a total 74-inch overall length makes for an all-around hedge trimmer that can handle most trimming applications without the operator needing a ladder. The double-sided double-reciprocating blades are driven via a cam and con-rod in a high-grade magnesium casing. Solo only uses blades of the highest grade German-made spring steel. These counter-ground blades with their optimum cutting angle promise long-term use between services.

The exemplary Solo multi-point anti-vibration system with rubber mounts or high grade steel springs absorbs practically all engine and cutter vibrations.

The manual fuel primer makes for easy starts. The air filter is located outside the dirt range, ensuring highly effective filtering. The filter can be accessed without a tool. Exhaust fumes are directed down and forward—away from the user.

Solo 129-HS has a unique adjusting gearbox that offers a 135_ operating range with enough adjustment possibilities to find the optimum working angle for both cutter and handle.
